Are there any other charges other than interest?

Yes, we charge processing fee starting from Rs. 400 + GST, which would be deducted upfront at the time of disbursal. Also, there is a service fee which is proportional to the loan term and loan amount and collected at the end of the loan term. Please refer terms of use and product features. Does RupeeRedee carry out credit score checks?

Our lending partners may check your credit history, if available. But, having a low credit score or absence of previous credit history doesn’t necessarily prevent you from getting a loan through RupeeRedee.

I am unable to upload my bank statements. Can it be picked by someone from RupeeRedee?

We are committed to simplifying the process to avail instant loans. We are only using the electronic medium for collection of documents to ensure fastest turn-around time. Therefore, we request you to follow the online process only.

Do I have to be employed to take a loan?

To be eligible to get a loan from RupeeRedee, one should have a regular source of income which should reflect in the bank details submitted by you.

Can I have more than one loan at a time?

No, an individual is entitled to take only one loan at a time. You can avail another loan once you have repaid the ongoing loan. There is no cap on the number of loans you can apply for through a period of time.

Do I need to give any collateral or security to avail loan?

Do I need a guarantor, to apply loan with RupeeRedee?

Why was my loan application not approved?

We understand that it can be disappointing to see your loan application being rejected but assessment of your loan application is done as per the risk assessment and underwriting policy of our lending partners. While they do their best to serve maximum number of customers but there can be various factors which may lead to a rejection.

Should I enter my monthly salary or annual earnings?

Kindly, enter the salary you receive as reflected in your bank statement each month.

Is KYC mandatory?

Yes. Lenders on RupeeRedee website are regulated by RBI. To use our products, you must complete your KYC process.

What all documents are acceptable as address proof?

Our lending partners accept AADHAR / VOTER ID / DRIVING LICENSE, as proof of address. So, you can upload either of these. We believe in quick and easy application process so the maximum file size for your document should be: 2 MB and only JPG, JPEG and PNG formats are allowed.

What are the things I need to be sure of while uploading the documents?

You should watch out for the following: a. The documents provided should be latest b. All images must be clear and readable c. Size of the file must not exceed 2MB d. Format should be JPG, JPEG or PNG only

Why do I need to verify my bank or upload my bank statements?

We understand that you may not be comfortable sharing your bank details but our lenders need this information to analyse your financials to offer the most suitable loan amount to you. Be assured your details will be safe and secure.

Why should I share my PAN card details?

PAN is required as per RBI guidelines for banks and NBFCs and since all our partners are fully compliant with regulation, we need this information to process your loan request.

How do I add another bank account for bank verification?

We believe in making your application process seamless. You would not have to manually enter your bank information for 60 days since your last verification. However, if your primary account has changed, you may change and re-verify the bank account with us.

Do I need to upload the documentation every time?

What happens if I default or can’t repay my loan?

We believe in working with customers for the long term. However, in case you are unable to repay your full due amount, we have options of extending the loan as per discretion of the lender. But in case you default completely on payment, then the lender will levy penalty charges, inform the same to the Credit Bureau impacting your future chances for getting loans and invoke other provisions as per the agreement. Please do inform us in advance so that we can help you with all possible options.

Can I repay my loan amount before the due date?

Absolutely, you can repay the loan anytime during the loan term. Please login to your account for further steps.

How can I repay my loan, is cash accepted?

We have several repayment options i.e. Net-Banking, Debit Card etc. You can choose the most suitable one from the available options. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.

What is extension?

You can choose to extend your loan to a convenient date by paying a nominal fee, for a maximum period of up to the original loan tenure. Details are available in your personal dashboard / our representatives will be glad to help you.

When can I avail an extension offer?

You can avail an extension on the loan repayment (due) date for a minimum 5 days by paying an appropriate fee. An extension can only be availed in multiples of 5 days with maximum extension term being equal to the original loan term. What happens if I default after availing an extension offer?

We understand there can be situations wherein you are unable to repay on time, but we advise our customer to exercise prudence while borrowing since such incidents can directly impact your credit score and ability to borrow in future. Also, the lending company reserves the right to follow up with you to recover the outstanding loan amount along with other charges.

How can I make extension fee payment?

You can pay the applicable extension fee via e-channels like Debit Card/ Net Banking etc from your personal dashboard.

How will payment or prepayment be adjusted?

Any payment made by you will be adjusted as per below hierarchy. In every

case i.e. payment and early or prepayment etc. the applicable Service Fee has to be paid in full.

Our lenders are governed by RBI policies and hence report each loan to credit bureaus. Timely payment will likely improve your credit score and a default on your loan will adversely impact your score and potential to borrow in future. So please be cautious while borrowing and do plan the repayment carefully.

If I have repaid my loan, how long do I need to wait before applying for another loan?

You can apply for another loan within 24 hrs of repayment of the previous loan from RupeeRedee.

How can I get my Bank Statement in PDF format?

From Email: Download monthly PDF bank statements from the email ID registered with the bank account where you receive your salary. Your bank sends the PDF statement on your email ID at a specific frequency. Visit your bank: In case you are not receiving the statement on your email. Visit the bank branch and request your bank to provide the last 3-months account statement in PDF format on your email id. How safe is it to verify my bank details?
