We believe that our mobile app and website offer the simplest means to applying for a loan within minutes. Should you have any queries during the process, you can reach us for help or we will call you on our own if we note that you are not able to progress with filling the application.

Any individual aged between 18 – 65 years having a monthly income of minimum Rs.15,000 through any authentic source, can apply for a loan with RupeeRedee. We don’t discriminate between salaried or self-employed applicants, all are welcome as long as minimum income criteria along with other conditions is met.

We have made it very simple for you, just keep the following ready: 1. Address Proof {acceptable documents - Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Voter Id} 2. Latest Photograph 3. PAN Card 4. Bank Statement/ Access to bank account details  

The documents are required for compliance with the Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations as per RBI guidelines. Further, we have a proprietary system to ascertain best possible personal loans based on your current financial status and risk profile. We assure you to keep the assessment to bare minimum in terms of time.

Our loan assessment process is a function of multiple factors and in line with policies of our partners, should you be rejected, you may re-apply later to review your status.

Yes, you can re-apply, even if your loan has been rejected once.

Yes, there is an approval fee of Rs 999, which would be deducted upfront at the time of disbursal. Also, there is a service fee which is proportional to the loan term and loan amount and collected at the end of the loan term. Please refer terms of use and product features.

Yes, we do check your credit history if available. But, having a low credit score/ absence of previous credit history doesn’t necessarily prevent you from getting a loan through RupeeRedee.

We are committed to simplifying the process to avail instant loans. We are only using the electronic medium for collection of documents to ensure fastest turn-around time. Therefore, we request you to follow the online process only.

To be eligible to get a loan from RupeeRedee, one should have a regular source of income which should reflect in the bank details submitted by you.

No, an individual is entitled to take only one loan at a time. You can avail another loan once you have repaid the ongoing loan. There is no cap on the number of loans you can apply for through a period of time.

We promise to keep it simple, just complete the application formalities and submit the required documents and your loan will be ready.

No, you do not need a guarantor to request loan with RupeeRedee. We only take your individual information into consideration

We feel that if you have your PAN, latest photograph, address & identity proofs and Bank Account (net banking active) ready, you can finish the application submission process within 5 minutes! If your loan request is approved, you can receive the approved amount instantly after executing loan agreement digitally.

Unfortunately, we process all applications received up to 6:00 pm on priority. For applications submitted on holidays including Sat and Sun, processing happens on next working day only.

Once your application is approved you will receive an email and a notification on your mobile. In case we need additional information from you, the same will be notified via email/SMS. You will also be able to check the status of your loan after logging with your login credentials on www.rupeeredee.com

You agree and undertake not to utilize the loan for any investments into Wealth Management and insurance products, small saving certificates, antisocial, unlawful, money laundering, capital market use or speculative purposes and/ or purchase of gold /gold bullions/ gold coins/ gold jewellery/ gold exchange traded funds/ gold mutual funds.

Default is failure to repay the loan amount (inclusive of interest/fee) as per the repayment due date set in the loan agreement.The applicant is supposed to pay penalty charges as defined in the loan contract in such cases.

We believe in working with customers for the long term. However, in case you are unable to repay your full due amount, we have options of extending the loan as per discretion of the lender. But in case you default completely on payment, then the lender will levy penalty charges, inform the same to the Credit Bureau impacting your future chances for getting loans and invoke other provisions as per the agreement.Please do inform us in advance so that we can help you with all possible options.

Absolutely, you can repay the loan anytime during the loan term. Please login to your account for further steps.

We have several repayment options i.e. Net-Banking, Debit Card etc. You can choose the most suitable one from the available options. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.

It is a simple process where you grant an e-consent/ Digital Mandate to set repayment towards your loan account. The same can be done at the time of availing the loan to avoid any delay in repayment.

Automatic repayment option is best suited for all since you don’t need to worry about missing the payment date.

Yes, we have an extension facility wherein you can extend the repayment date by paying an extension fee.

You can choose to extend your loan to a convenient date by paying a nominal fee, for a maximum period of up to the original loan tenure. Details are available in your personal dashboard / our representatives will be glad to help you.

You can avail an extension on the loan repayment (due) date for a minimum 5 days by paying an appropriate fee. An extension can only be availed in multiples of 5 days with maximum extension term being equal to the original loan term. We understand there can be situations wherein you are unable to repay on time, but we advise our customer to exercise prudence while borrowing since such incidents can directly impact your credit score and ability to borrow in future. Also, the lending company reserves the right to follow up with you to recover the outstanding loan amount along with other charges.

You can pay the applicable extension fee via e-channels like Debit Card/ Net Banking etc from your personal dashboard.

Any payment made by you will be adjusted as per below hierarchy. In every

case i.e. payment and early or prepayment etc. the applicable Service Fee has to be paid in full.

It is our endeavour to process all loan applications at the earliest. Therefore, fully filled applications submitted before 6:00 pm on all working days are processed almost instantly. Applications which are incomplete or have been submitted on Sat/Sun/Holidays, can only be processed on the next working day.

Since we facilitate end to end digital lending, it is important for the lender to e-verify the beneficiary account where approved loan amount is to be disbursed. Also, lenders look for transactional behaviour to arrive at the best offer therefore we encourage our customers to make use of electronic bank account verification that we have developed for your convenience.

It is completely safe to provide your bank statement using your net-banking credentials. All login details are completely encrypted and are never stored with us. We only receive the bank statement at the end of the process. We are working with a reputed 3rd party agency offering this service of electronic verification of bank account, they work with many major banks and other financial services organizations.

No, we do not provide any loan related information to anyone other than the applicant or to regulators.

We understand that at times we may not be able to reach you and it may have an adverse impact on your loan terms. To prevent any such situation, we seek a reference who you trust to share important information about your loan contract.
